Competitive Team

The Niagara Rapids Volleyball Club is committed to ensuring each athlete is given the opportunity to participate in team sport and invest in their own personal development in volleyball.

 The financial success of the Club is based on full participation by all athletes. By completing this form, I am acknowledging that I agree to the following payment terms:

Competitive Team Athlete fee will be between $1,525 (12 athletes) - $1,830 (10 athletes)

Full Payment due September 30th, 2025

❐ Option 1 (2 invoices issued)

Half payment due September 30th, 2025

Half payment due November 1st, 2025

❐ Option 2 (3 invoices issued)

$600.00 due September 30th, 2025

$600.00 due November 1st, 2025

$remainder due December 1st, 2025

For All Payment Options

I understand that a 10% surcharge will be added to any invoices not paid within one week of the invoice being issued. I understand that my athlete will be immediately suspended from practice/tournaments until all outstanding payments have been made.
